An agreement has today been signed between Meridian International Group (MIG), wholly owned
subsidiary of Nutri Pharma ASA, Cleverling, controlled by the president of MIG and board member in Nutri Pharma ASA, Daniel Laroque, and the former IT supplier Nexus, Meridian Art and related parties.

between the parties. This represents a final settlement of all claims, rights and obligations
the parties may have against each other.
